SUMMER MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION POSITIONS

Join our Maintenance division and become a valued member of our team for the upcoming season. As hours of work will be based on weather conditions, you will need the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, and there may be opportunities for weekend work in case of inclement weather. We are looking for reliable employees who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients.
Positions:
- Lawn Maintenance Crew members
- Forepersons
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience for all crew foreperson positions.
- All other positions, experience is preferred, but not necessary as we will train the right person to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Cutting grass
- whipping edges of sidewalks and gardens
- garden bed maintenance including cultivating and weeding
- planting of annuals and placing of mulch within garden areas as requested
Foreperson will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed by the crew, and accurate route sheets and time sheets are completed for the crews work on a daily basis. Basic knowledge of all equipment is an asset.
Wages:
Foreperson: wage based on experience
Crew Member: wage based on experience
CONSTRUCTION CREW FOREPERSON AND MEMBERS

Looking for reliable workers to work within our Construction Division.
Forepersons requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within the landscape construction field
Responsibilities Include:
- Working as part of a team to complete projects on time and on budget
Projects will include
- Park Redevelopment
- Site restoration and residential landscaping works
- Scope of work to include excavation of site
- placement of granular and subgrade materials
- install interlocking paving stone
- installation of retaining walls and seat walls
- planting of trees and shrubs
- laying of sod to name a few
Site Foreperson will be responsible for…
- Ensuring the crew remains on schedule throughout the project
- Accurate paperwork and timesheet completion for your crew will be necessary
- Providing direction to all members to complete tasks
- Be a liaison between the Project Manager and the Owner when necessary
Site foreperson will attend all site meetings as necessary.

WINTER SNOW AND ICE MANAGEMENT DIVISIONS

We have immediate openings for the following positions within our Winter Maintenance Division.
Positions:
- Snow removal crew members and forepersons
- Heavy Equipment Operators
- Plow Truck Drivers
- Salt Truck Drivers
We are seeking dependable individuals who can work during the winter season to assist with snow removal and ice management at various locations in the Hamilton/Burlington area, with availability for different shifts as needed. Drivers and forepersons must maintain precise records of completed sites and materials used, and hours will be dependent on winter weather conditions throughout the season.
Requirements:
- A minimum 1 years experience preferred for all equipment operators and truck drivers for the upcoming season.
- For shoveling crews and forepersons, experience is preferred but not necessary.
Wages:
$20 to $25 per hour based on experience and ability
